Single Service Transfer (SST)

Single Service Transfer, or SST is the industry method for customers wishing to transfer between providers using their own physical network.

It is a simple method for customers who already have ADSL with a supporting ISP to join aaNet with minimal downtime and without physical disconnection.

Also, by using SST to transfer to one of our ADSL2+ plans the connection fee is only $99

If your ISP does not support SST and you wish to signup to one of our ADSL2+ plans you will need to disconnect your current ADSL service and order a 'new connection' instead of requesting a transfer.
